為鼓勵國內外學生投入「光電及半導體相關應用領域」，提升系統設計實作技術能力，特舉辦『立創盃應用論文競賽』活動，鼓勵學生發揮創意，設計具產業應用價值作品。同時透過競賽活動，促使國內外學者及業者相互交流，共同激盪新思維，以促進產學研合作及新知分享，同時提升學生對光電應用領域的興趣。

 

參賽資格:

國內外各大專院校光電及半導體相關領域(包括但不限於光電、半導體、材料、光電元件、光電檢測、電機、電子、物理、化學、機械、資訊、生醫等相關科系)之在學學生及應屆畢業生。

報名日期:

自即日起至2019年5月13日止

金質獎：1名，獎金 NTD. 20000，獎狀乙紙
銀質獎：1名，獎金 NTD. 15000，獎狀乙紙
銅質獎：1名，獎金 NTD. 10000，獎狀乙紙
佳作獎：3名，獎金 NTD. 5000，獎狀乙紙
實作特別獎：6名，獎金 NTD. 3000，獎狀乙紙

論文評選:

第一階段：邀請國內外專家學者組成「立創盃應用論文評審委員會」，以書面資料進行初審
第二階段：通過初審之參賽者，於決賽當日以口頭報告方式進行決選，並由審查委員公正評分決定各獎項。最佳人氣獎則依票選方式選出。

注意事項:

• 本活動為論文競賽，不影響得獎作品之國內外期刊及會議投稿作業。已發表之論文內容，亦可參加本論文競賽。

• 獲獎之論文，主辦單位將編印「得獎專刊」並於立創光電公司網站公告得獎學生名單及論文摘要以表揚得獎者之研究與實作成果。

• 參賽資格不符，或申請文件缺漏者，主辦單位有權取消其參賽報名。

• 若經評審決議，無適當作品時，獎項得以從缺。
  
  
  

In order to encourage domestic and foreign students to devote to “optoelectronic applications” and raising the technical skills on actual operation of system design, we specially host this event “LiveStrong Optoelectronics Corporation Applied paper competition”, encouraging students to make use of creativity and design the portfolio which has Industrial application value. In the meantime, it will be able to promote domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners to communicate with each other and brainstorm new thought for stimulating Industry-University Research Cooperation and New Knowledge Sharing through the paper competition. At the same time, enhancing students' interest in optoelectronic applications as well.

 

Eligibility:

Optoelectronics and semiconductor related fields at universities and colleges domestic and abroad (including but not limited to Optoelectronics, semiconductor, material, Optoelectronic component, Photoelectric detection, Electrical Engineering, Electronic, physical, Chemistry, Mechanical, Information, etc. related departments.

Registration Date:

From now until 15, May. 2019.

Prize and Award:

One Gold Prize：NT $20,000 and a Certificate of merit.
One Silver Prize: NT $15,000 and a Certificate of merit.
One Bronze Prize: NT $10,000 and a Certificate of merit.
Three Honorable Mentions: NT $5,000 and Certificates of merit for each winner.
Six Implementation Special Awards: NT $3,000 and Certificates of merit for each winner.
One Most Popular Award: NT $2,000 and a Certificate of merit.
Several of Winning Award：Certificates of merit for each winner.

Paper selection:

The first stage: Inviting domestic and foreign expert scholars to compose of “Committee of LiveStrong Optoelectronics Corporation Applied paper competition” and conducted the first trial by written information.
The second stage: Participants who passed the first trial will conduct the oral presentation on finals day, and the award will be fair scored and determined by the review committees. The most popular award will be selected by the way of voting.

Precautions:

• The organizer will edit the “prize-winning special issue” and publish the prize winner including his paper on the LiveStrong website for praising his research and results of the implementation.




• The organizer has the right to cancel the qualify if the Eligibility doesn’t meet the requirements, or the documents have any missing.




• After the resolution from judge, the award will omission if there is not any appropriate paper
